Ordered the item last November to be shipped in Feb., 2023. Just received the shirt this week, 7 months late. Seller refused to offer anything extra for their error. They are obviously not concerned about getting repeat business. Very poor business practices. It’s common sense to compensate your customers when you make a huge error. The product is good, but the company is run very poorly.
