Initially i bought a sweater a longer while ago, but the sleeve cuff came loose after a few uses, so i messages support about it, and they were super helpful in getting me a new sweater pretty quickly. They even let me upgrade to a size larger free of charge. As the one i had gotten was smaller than I'd expected.
All that aside, the quality of the sweater is all-around impeccable. It feels so good to wear, and I get so many compliments on it when I'm out and about! Honestly i was a bit sceptical because it seemed a bit too good to be true, but it's clear this is truly premium quality, even after a few washes it stays the same soft and comfortable feel.
