Great product but customs issues

First of all the products and the packaging were amazing. I would buy again if there wasn’t a bad surprise with customs. To clarify I’m from Germany and I needed to pay an additional 26 AUD for customs. I think your shop would increase returning customers in Europe if you establish a trade route over the Netherlands for cheaper customs. At least that would be the case for myself.
