We know you'll love everything you order from Cool Shirtz, but if something isn't quite right you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to initiate a return.
Return Conditions
- Item/s must be unworn apart from trying on, unwashed and still in re-sellable condition.
- All original tags must remain attached, including the hang tag.
- Item/s must be returned in their original, intact packaging (where applicable).
We are unable to accept returned items for a direct exchange. If you would like to change an item for a different size or colour, you will need to send the item back to us and place a new order.
Non-returnable items include gift cards, face masks, art prints, neons and sale items.
Return Options
Returns are issued as a refund to the original payment method or an instant refund to your bank account via Refundid. Instant Refunds are only available for customers in Australia or the USA. All returns outside of these countries will still need to be processed via Refundid.

Standard Refund
Please enter your order number and email address below to initiate a standard return within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your product is received and quality checked by our team, we will issue you a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Cool Shirtz is not liable for the loss of items being returned, so we recommend sending your return with a trackable service. The time it takes for your returned product to reach us may vary depending on where you live and the postal service used.
