The bracelet is super cute and the blocks that spell “DEATH” are good quality. The actual “chain links” that make up the bracelet are slightly thin and fragile. I reached out to customer service, letting them know that the Cool Shirtz charm had fallen off almost immediately….
I also wish you could make it smaller; the “adjustable” chain only makes it bigger than the standard size. I’m a diehard Cool Shirtz fan, and I’ll definitely buy more from the brand in the future…It’s just a great shame to wait for something in the post, only for it to break within days.
