Shipping took way too long, item sat at different drop offs for way too long-ordered beginning of December for Christmas didn’t arrive until the new year..shipping stated 7-14 business days-not true

As we mention on our FAQs page, and in the email we sent out in December, shipping at that time of year can take an extra 2-3 weeks on top of our normal 7-14 business days to arrive. This is due to the large increase in parcels and delays experienced by postal servcies. We did our best to communicate this info, but we're sorry if any of this was missed.
