Return Policy

We know you'll love everything you order from Cool Shirtz, but if something isn't quite right you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to initiate a return.

Return Conditions

• Item/s must be unworn apart from trying on, unwashed and still in re-sellable condition.
• All original tags must remain attached, including the hang tag.
• Item/s must be returned in their original, intact packaging (where applicable).

We are unable to accept returned items for a direct exchange. If you would like to change an item for a different size or colour, you will need to send the item back to us and place a new order.

Non-returnable items include gift cards, face masks, art prints, neons and sale items.

Refund Options

Returns are issued as a refund to the original payment method or an instant refund to your bank account via Refundid. Instant Refunds and printable return labels are only available for customers in Australia or the USA. All returns outside of these countries will still need to be processed via Refundid, and labels will need to be obtained from the postal provider upon shipping the return.

We've partnered with Refundid to offer you instant refunds for your returns, before you've sent back your order! After entering your order details, you will be redirected create an account with Refundid to receive your refund instantly within 30 seconds. Please note our standard return policy applies, so if items are rejected due to their condition, or never received, Refundid will debit the already refunded amount back from your account. 

Standard Refund
Initiate a standard return within 14 days of receiving your order via Refundid below. Once your product is received and quality checked by our team, we will issue you a refund to your original payment method. EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will refund all payments received from you, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition.

Shipping Your Return

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
• You may ship your item back to us using your choice of shipping service, by selecting 'Ship with your own return label', or with Refundid's suggested carriers, by selecting 'Receive a return label'.
• Cool Shirtz is not liable for the loss of items being returned, so we recommend sending your return with a trackable service. The time it takes for your returned product to reach us may vary depending on where you live and the postal service used. As long as your return is lodged within 14 days, there is no time limit on how long your return takes to reach us (so you can use the slowest/cheapest option!)
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
