You have 14 days from receiving your parcel to start a return for change of mind. 

We offer a refund of products for change of mind where we determine:

• A proof of purchase has been provided;
• The products are in their original condition and have not been used, worn, damaged, tampered with, washed or altered;
• All original tags including hang tags are still attached
• The products have been returned in their original, undamaged, packaging;
• The products are not discounted or sale items, face masks, art prints, pre-ordered Cold Ones items, neons, or gift cards; and
• You have completed the returns process (below).
  

We are unable to accept returned items for a direct exchange. If you would like to change an item for a different size or colour, you will need to send the item back to us and place a new order.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. All returns need to be created via Refundid using the portal in the section 'Create Return'.

Please note, we do not provide prepaid return postage labels. The cost of shipping your return is your responsibility.

Our returns partner Refundid gives Australian and US customers the option of an Instant Refund for returned items. After entering your order details in the 'Create Return' section, you will be redirected to create an account with Refundid to receive your refund within 30 seconds. Please note, our standard Return Policy applies, so if items are rejected due to their condition, or never received, Refundid reserves the right to debit the refunded amount back from your account. A Standard Return does not require the creation of an account with Refundid, but your return must still be lodged with Refundid via the portal in the section 'Create Return'. Once your return is received and quality checked, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing time with your financial institution. If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will refund all payments received from you, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition.

• You can ship your item back to us using your choice of shipping service, by selecting 'Ship with your own return label', or with Refundid's suggested carriers, by selecting 'Receive a return label'.
• Cool Shirtz is not liable for the loss of items being returned. Please send your return with a trackable service and log your tracking number in Refundid so that we may assist in the event of a lost return.
• The time it takes for your returned product to reach us may vary depending on where you live and the postal service used. As long as your return is lodged within 14 days, there is no time limit on how long your return takes to reach us (so you can use the slowest/cheapest option!)
• Shipping costs including any duties/customs fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.

No need to return these! Instead, contact us as soon as possible, no more than one month after receiving your order.

We provide compensation for product faults occurring less than 12 months after receiving your item, provided they are not the result of mistreatment or user damage, including not following the care instructions on your garment. 

Compensation will be provided as a refund or store credit or replacement. We reserve the right to determine the best compensation for your situation based on your location, the item's availability, as well as the fault.

Generally, however:

• If an item is missing, incorrect, or unusable due to a fault, we'll send you a replacement. If it is out of stock, or shipping to your country is not possible, we will provide a full refund back to your original payment method.
• If an item has a cosmetic fault that doesn't impact its wearability or usability, we'll provide you with a partial store credit or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Cool Shirtz reserves all rights to qualify what constitutes faulty or defective products. If the product does not fit our standards of "faulty", you may return it for a refund at your own cost via the 'Create Return' section below.
