I really want to like it... :(

Ok, first of all I just wanna say I LOVE the feel of the material of this shirt, it's super breathable and that alone would make it one of my favorite sleep shirts! However...it smells. I noticed this smell upon first opening the package, the closest I can describe it to is burnt plastic. I've tried washing it but that did nothing to make the smell go away. :(
I also think the design is great, but I'm not the biggest fan of the use of stickers. Though I do understand the need because of how thin the shirt is, embroidery would be uncomfortable.
Also (and this one is just a suggestion, and doesn't bring down my rating further), I think if you guys are going to drop more sleepwear, it'd be great to also sell matching pajama bottoms (as long as they don't also smell), whether they be shorts or pants! Not just because the material feels great, but also just because I'm someone who likes having a matching pj set and feel like I can't be the only one.
But, back to my main point, the smell is the reason I've rated it so low, and it kinda breaks my heart because I really do love the feel of the material, especially since I'm a night sweater. I'm assuming the smell is due to the material, which sucks. I've had to spray it with perfume to be able to sleep in it but the smell still lingers.
Sorry for the paragraphs, I am incapable of being succinct apparently.

Glory be the bed shirt

This shirt has been my armor as I am battling the beast that resides in my bed (my partner and their overly warm body at night), I have come out unscathed and not as sweaty as I normally would be after such an intense battle, if you fight sweaty beasts then this is the shirt for you

Washed it once and the design started peeling off. It is comfy but wish the design was put on better embroidered or something.
