我們知道您會喜歡從 Cool Shirtz 訂購的所有商品，但如果有任何不滿意的地方，您可以在收到包裹後 14 天內提出退貨。

Return Conditions

• Item/s must be unworn apart from trying on, unwashed and still in re-sellable condition.
• All original tags must remain attached, including the hang tag.
• Item/s must be returned in their original, intact packaging (where applicable).

We are unable to accept returned items for a direct exchange. If you would like to change an item for a different size or colour, you will need to send the item back to us and place a new order.

Non-returnable items include gift cards, face masks, art prints, neons and sale items.

Cool Shirtz is not liable for the loss of items being returned, so we recommend sending your return with a trackable service. The time it takes for your returned product to reach us may vary depending on where you live and the postal service used.
