Correct, The Court of International Trade ruled the Tariffs unlawful, however due to the US Government appealing this decision - the tariffs are remaining in place for the time being. 

Wait, you guys ship from China?
No, we ship from Australia. Tariffs are decided based on country of manufacturing, and we manufacture in China.
