Issue, resolution, enjoyment!

I purchased the Wither Jeans for my 14 (now 15) year old son. I gave them to him on his birthday a few months later and they were too small. I thought I measured correctly, but apparently did not. I emailed Cool Shirtz and they said I could send them back for refund and re-purchase the larger size (36). Due to cost of sending to Australia from the U.S. East Coast, I was unsure if it was worth it. Cool Shirtz told me of a few different discount mail services and it cost me well less than I anticipated. In the end I purchased the size 36 Wither and the size 36 Crafting Pants because I knew my son would like them.
Honest Review of pants:
These Crafting Pants are well made with extra care on the seams and accoutrements. The sizing was odd, but if you match up metric measurements from a pair of jeans that fit well, they will be perfect. What I did not expect was the pants to be this comfortable. All three of my boys are about the same size as me. My youngest is a bit taller than everyone else, but I can still wear these. I tried them on because he was raving about their comfort. I have to admit, they are extremely comfortable, heavy by not hot in 80-90 degree F weather, and very sturdy. You will NOT be disappointed in these pants if you purchase.
Customer Service:
I cannot say enough of Cool Shirtz customer service. They helped me through the whole process of returning the item even though it was well past the warranty date. When their system would not allow the transaction, they worked with me to find a way to return them from East Coast U.S. to Australia cheaply and updated me when they received and refunded the money. I will definitely buy from Cool Shirtz again and again with no fear of their quality or customer service if something is not right. A++!
