Reviews

Love it, but..

The keycaps look awesome overall and the print quality is nice, but there are a few issues.

Some of the keys have noticeably different heights and profiles compared to the rest of the set, which leaves the keyboard feeling and looking uneven.

One of the biggest issue was the spacebars. One of the main reasons I bought this set was the lava-themed spacebar, but it doesn't fit my keyboard at all. In fact, three of the four included spacebars are different sizes and were incompatible with my setup. (Razer Blackwidow V3)

Another downside is the RGB lighting. A few of the keycaps are properly shine-through as intended, but most of them are not, even though it feels like they easily could have been designed that way. Since I use a backlit keyboard and like customizing the lighting, this makes the overall lighting effect quite inconsistent.

On top of that, the symbols on the number keys do not match a Finnish keyboard layout at all, which makes them completely unusable. For example, the question mark was in a completely wrong position.

It's a shame because the lava spacebar was the standout feature that convinced me to buy the set. The keycaps themselves look awesome, but the inconsistent key profiles, layout issues, lighting limitations, and incompatible spacebars left me a bit disappointed.
Nonetheless, I still love this set. I especially like the Normal Ghast, Happy Ghast and Dried Ghast keys, which are my favorites in the whole design.

Awesome keycaps asides from a couple things.

Some of the keys are different shape and or height to the others, leaving uneven surfaces that are quite noticeable.

Three out of the four spacebar keys are different size, meaning they dont fit on my keyboard. I am not sure if some keyboards have bigger spacebars or not but they definitely dont fit on my keyboard (AULA F75 Max).
