Order status inquiry - Delayed Ushanka

Hello,

I’m having an issue with my order. I ordered the ushanka over a month ago, but I still haven’t received it.

I was previously told that the order was on its way, but apparently it was returned for some reason. Customer support informed me that I would receive a notification once it was dispatched back to Australia, and that my order would arrive shortly afterwards.

However, I still haven’t received any updates or notifications.

Could you please provide me with an update on the current status of my order? I would also appreciate it if you could provide a tracking number or any other information that would help me track my package.

I would really appreciate your help in resolving this issue, as I have been waiting for quite some time now.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Best regards,
